What you'll do

The Senior Designer collaborates with the creative team, developers, editorial staff and marketing department to conceptualize design solutions that meet marketing strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for developing original design concepts/assets as well as oversee project design through development, implementation and execution. 

You will work with our Creative Director for design executions, and deliver approved projects and web designs for implementation by the Development Team. You will  design highly usable interface solutions, developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for our clients through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes that can be developed into fully responsive websites.

You will also assist in brand development and execution, as well as infographics, sales and marketing materials; and will  participate in client presentations.

Furthermore, you will mentor and shape junior and intermediate designers’ personal skills and design perspective. 

 

What you'll bring

You may have strong focus on digital, and preferably some experience in an agency environment. Definitely, you work well with tight deadlines, and exceptionally well in a team environment. Adaptable and quick learner, you are able to create and apply style guides across a variety of properties.

You possess strong conceptual skills, high-level sense of design, layout and typography, and you are capable of offering a variety of design solutions that fit the brief.  Your experience in crafting pitch perfect branding and identity designs will be more than welcome, as well as solid understanding of designing intuitive site functionality, interaction, site architecture, user interfaces, and navigation.  

Proficient in XD, you can set up workflows from wireframe to final design. You feel comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite, and if you are familiar to graphic production process for print and digital, have experience with HTML or motion graphics, it will be awesome!

We expect from you both leadership and teamwork skills—the ability to work with Art Directors and mentor other Designers as well as the confidence and skill to communicate your ideas clearly. 

Strong creative, organizational, problem-solving and time-management skills will make you an amazing performer, meanwhile your ability to plan projects and delivery and report back work volume will keep everything on track. Able to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision, delivering design solutions that meet marketing strategies.
