Your mission 

The Generalist Business Analyst will be part of the ITSG Product group and will be key in guaranteeing cohesive and updated products, services, and processes at the ITSG team level.  She/he will need to work with several different areas at the ITSG level providing BA assistance in processes and services documentation.  We need a team-player with excellent interpersonal skills, structured, organized, oriented to objectives, and able to work with autonomy and propose solutions to problems.

What you’ll do

  • Collecting, classifying, and documenting information regarding company services and systems.
  • Generating Standard Operational Procedures.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for ITSG teams for documenting their processes and requirements
  • Supporting, coordinating, and tracking changes.
  • Policies definition
  • Interaction with Customers and management of their expectations
  • Reviewing the quality of the deliverables from a business point of view.

What you’ll bring

  • 3+ years analyzing and documenting requirements for products and transformation projects
  • Experience coordinating analysis work using various documentation techniques to produce detailed specifications
  • 3+ years experience in workflows analysis
  • Experience as a technical writer will be valuable
  • Familiar with Agile methodologies
  • Ability to work remotely with business and product stakeholders spread across different time zones.
  • Out of the box thinker with the ability to find solutions to problems and blockers.
