Your Mission
This is a superb opportunity for a talented Communications Specialist to join the Marketing team within the People function at The Workshop, developing and supporting internal and external communication across our offices globally. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll play a vital role in establishing a consistent voice across the company and for the external outreach. You’ll join a team responsible for the inception, design, development and implementation of talent attraction and employee engagement campaigns.
You’re a strong team player and self-starter with heaps of energy, a nose for sniffing out opportunities and top-notch interpersonal skills. You’re not afraid to pick something ugly up from scratch, work with the stakeholders to understand the intent, and ultimately deliver compelling, professional and on-brand communications. You’ll have experience in content marketing, managing your time and your dependencies accordingly, yet also be able to pick up an urgent action with a tight deadline and still deliver. As a multifaceted all-rounder, you master versatile writing styles, appreciate the importance of tone in communication, and recognise when we aren’t living up to our own commitments as far as brand and values are concerned.
