Your mission

This role is a fantastic opportunity to help shape and build business-critical applications and services for our core clients. TWS is a firm proponent of the benefits of cryptocurrency to help clients achieve a myriad of goals, and this role is at the forefront of our most innovative thinking.

In short, you’ll be a key person in creating our next strategic products, helping clients manage the way they accept and manage their cryptocurrency needs. You’ll be part of the FinTech team, working closely with the Crypto delivery team on various Blockchain and crypto currency related projects.

Working hand-in-hand with your stakeholders – from clients and business sponsors to agile engineers – you’ll define AS-IS and TO-BE processes, pinpoint limitations and recommend improvements. You will be the foundation from which our tools are built, perform, and ultimately succeed. 

What you'll do

  • Work under broad direction playing a significant role in the execution of responsibilities for the business analysis function.
  • Capture requirements for complex programmes with Crypto using a variety of techniques such as; workshops, interviews, etc. Experience in complex multi array reporting, data modelling, reports design with different analysis techniques is important.
  • Influence organisation, customers, suppliers, partners and peers on the direction and detail of our crypto product suite . Build appropriate and effective business relationships
  • Perform an extensive range and variety of complex technical and/or professional work activities. Undertake work which requires the application of fundamental analysis in a variety range of contexts. Understand the relationship between own specialism and wider customer/organisational requirements.
  • Lead requirements communication and validation across different product verticals. Use appropriate techniques to have requirements validated in efficient and quality manner.
  • Advise on the available standards, methods, tools and applications relevant to own specialism and can make appropriate choices from alternatives.
  • Maintain existing product knowledge base

What you'll bring

  • Experienced in stakeholder management and requirement gathering
  • Experienced in documenting business requirements using Agile artefacts
  • Strong attention to detail combined with an ability to see the big picture
  • Fast learner with a strong discipline in analysis and execution
  • Self starter with ambition to explore new concepts and ideas
  • Have a good understanding of software development industry. Well-versed in Agile, Scrum and competing methodologies – and skilled at knowing when to use which
  • Relevant domain knowledge in Fintech is desirable
  • Experience working with Blockchain or Crypto Currencies advantageous
  • Familiar with Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence)
  • Good at getting on with things in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment
  • Communicate effectively, both formally and informally
