What you'll do

Strategic HR Business Partner at TWS responsible for the Business Unit of B2B Games.

The primary task of the Strategic HR Business Partner is securing the achievement of the objectives by the Business Unit.

The Strategic HR Business Partner will be the primary point of contact for the leaders of the business division, which is distributed among various locations in the UK, and other countries in Europe and Asia.

The Strategic HR Business Partner will be playing a key role, partnering with leadership in the design of the resourcing plans, workforce planning and deployment. With the B2B Games business division as full project scope, the Strategic HR Business Partner will coordinate the HR deliverables with the People Managers in all locations and will roll out division specific HR programs.

With a strong business acumen, the Strategic HR Business Partner will monitor data analytics from headcount, Talent Acquisition and engagement survey among others, to diagnose and anticipate business trends, and to provide advice.

The strategic HR Business Partner will be skilled in the delivery of reports of activity, organizational charts, business cases; will be interacting with stakeholders at the most senior level.

The person we envision is a recognizable team player. They will build a solid rapport in a spirit of collaboration with the People Managers in all the regions, with their talent acquisition teams, and with the different HR specialists.

The Strategic HR Business Partner will report to the Group Director of HR.

As a Senior member of the B2B Games Leadership team, the Strategic HR Business Partner will work with the Business to create strategies that promote employee engagement, development and retention. Proactively anticipate opportunities and risks, and counsel and influence the Leadership team as a trusted strategic advisor in the achievement of the corporate objectives.

The Strategic HR Business Partner is someone with the gravitas to influence at Senior Leadership Level.


What you'll bring

  • Excellent experience in Human Resources in a High Tech or the Gaming industry, preferably in an HR Manager or People Partner position.
  • Experience supporting distributed teams in multiple locations: UK, Europe, Asia.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills.
  • Strong communication skills. Capacity to inspire and influence HR peers and Senior Business Leaders
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Graduate level degree required. Subjects such as Human Resources, Organizational leadership or equivalent preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability in change management, mass growth, Organizational restructure
  • Vision. Demonstrated ability to think and act strategically
