Your mission

As an "Operational Tranformation Analyst," you will analyze, review and assess the structure and operation of our ITSG services to ensure that we understand the performance of these services and have the necessary data and information to make proposals to support Continuous Improvement. 

This Analyst will be hands-on with sourcing and mining data, analyzing it, and presenting information to stakeholders within ITSG to support them in decision making and the Continuous Improvement of the services they provide. They will work across all the teams in ITSG to identify opportunities where data analytics can bring benefit and value, source and mine the data, and produce the information that supports Continuous Improvement.

With a focus on automation, you will need to identify processes improvements that would increase repeatability and scalability aiming to build a data-driven environment. The new solutions will provide value as profitability, efficiency, and productivity to reduce the operational footprint for operating teams.

What you'll do

  • Understand Organization needs to improve ITSG services and processes
  • Work with ITSG teams to identify areas and aspects that need improvement and identify the data needed to perform the analysis
  • Plan and design the data analytics solution to source, mine, analyse and present information
  • Focus on automation and orchestration
  • Define and measure business success, quality metrics, standards and reporting
  • Evaluate and select the appropriate technology to support data analytics
  • Develop and implement technology to support the goals and objectives of data analytics

What you'll bring

  • Analytical mindset and any transferable experience of analysing how processes and services can be improved
  • Passion for data-driven continuous improvement
  • Experience in working with data at least to the level of understanding the importance of data in scientific research
  • Preferably experience of applying data analytics to continuous improvement in some operational context
  • Love of working with people from all different backgrounds and cultures
  • Desire to work with stakeholders at all levels of an organization
