Your mission

You are a strong, experienced project professional who is passionate about delivering great products & services and are excited by the challenges associated with running a variety of strategic programs and projects. If you are a true team player who can lead, build trust quickly, work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-changing product and work environment you will fit in well here.

This is a senior position in the Service Delivery team in which you will work closely with various teams within the business and on the client-side spanning several continents. You will know how to plan and deliver complex solutions, with the ability to think analytically and strategically. You have the confidence to challenge appropriately and the instinct to foresee and head off issues before they become issues. The successful candidate will need to be comfortable managing a portfolio of concurrent projects globally in a truly agile work environment in our Malaga office.


You will play a pivotal role in the successful expansion of the data center services business and Help drive the expansion of the Service Delivery team by means of headcount increase as well as knowledge, learning, and expertise improvement across the function. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment where challenges and opportunities come thick and fast and the delivery landscape can quickly shift in accordance with the moving priorities of the business.

What you'll do

  • Drive and communicate the progress of critical projects towards key business objectives
  • Deliver control, governance, and organization to assigned programs and projects
  • Mature all project & program delivery processes and resource planning across the service delivery function
  • Pick up and understand our infrastructure, products, platform, differentiators, and method rapidly so you can start to contribute quickly
  • Facilitate timely communication between teams and maintain a harmonious project environment
  • Provide upwards and outwards communication and provide regular project status reports
  • Prepare, gain commitment and manage program/project plans, milestones, and timelines
  • Capture and manage risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and decisions in an organized, structured and coherent manner
  • Deliver improvements and enhancements to the cloud platform offering and help drive and shape our technology choices.
  • Work closely with the Security team to ensure that infrastructure, tools, and services meet required specifications and also to lead and implement Security projects and initiatives where necessary
  • Work with key stakeholders and other project managers to establish overall plans and actively manage dependencies
  • Oversee other project managers who will deliver component parts of your programs
  • Mentor and coach less experienced members of the team
  • Provide guidance in agile transformation initiatives
  • Foster the adoption of project management best practices
  • Provide line management to all Malaga based Service Delivery staff and act as the key Service Delivery representative for this region
  • Some travel may be required

What you'll bring

  • 7+ years project/programme management experience
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong vendor management skills and experience
  • Credible and persuasive, with influencing skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written, spoken, and presentation)
  • Proficiency in using management software tools (e.g. Atlassian suite)
  • The ability to learn quickly, work independently and in a team setting
  • Proven professional experience in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, ..)
  • Professional PM Qualification desirable, e.g. Agile ScrumMaster, PMP, Prince2
  • Line management experience would be advantageous
