What you'll do

  • Take part in designing and building out a Red Team function
  • Development of commercial engagement opportunities and execution
  • Scope, lead, and conduct Red Team engagements
  • Collaborate with Blue Teams to enhance controls
  • Analyse or produce high quality reports and draft remediation plans
  • Build / maintain command and control (C2) environments
  • Perform quality assurance checks of Team and Vendor proposals and reports
  • Mentor junior tester, developing their penetration testing and Red Team experience
  • Act as the SME for Red Team engagements
  • Liaise with Senior Stakeholders to articulate findings
  • Perform red and purple team assessments,
  • External/internal/wireless network assessments, web and mobile application testing, source code reviews, network security architecture reviews.
  • Interface with clients to address concerns, issues or escalations; track and drive to closure any issues that impact the service and its value to clients
  • Develop comprehensive and accurate reports and presentations for both technical and executive audiences
  • Oversee and manage implementation improvements to business processes, methodologies, tools and client communication methods
  • Provide expert experience building information security programs to include hands-on implementation and/or assessment of security control
  • Manage relationships with leadership, including identifying opportunities, driving new business through established contacts and using technical acumen to assist delivery team


What you'll bring

  • Relevant hi-tech experience, preferably in an organisation with a strong consulting presence
  • Consistently able to demonstrate strong consulting knowledge and able to articulate value proposition
  • Proven experience working with leadership & external contacts to drive revenue generation
  • Prior positive interaction with C-level or senior executive personnel
  • Some prior experience delivering work on customer engagements is preferable
  • An inquisitive nature and a problem-solving approach.
  • A record of complex business engagement and delivery.
  • A commanding voice and fresh ideas.
  • A thirst for learning and a willingness to challenge how things are done when opportunity to improve is available.
  • In-depth knowledge of cyber-security concepts and technologies.
  • An enthusiastic and ambitious attitude.
  • A drive to figure things out from your own initiative.
  • A people first approach.
