Your mission

In the IT Services Group at The Workshop (Lionfish), we are looking for experienced Business Analysts who will be responsible for optimizing performance, diagnosing problems, implementing process solutions, and correlating customer activity with long-term value.

By working closely with project stakeholders - from clients and business sponsors to product managers and end-users – she/he will be pivotal not only in the success of key projects but also in improving the way those projects are delivered.

The ideal business analyst will have excellent interpersonal skills, structured, organized, oriented to objectives, and be able to work with autonomy and propose solutions to the problems.

What you’ll do:

  • Identify problems and opportunities, determine how they ought to be addressed, and support efficient implementation to deliver even better products to the customers through process improvements
  • Collecting, writing, refining, validating, and prioritizing Business and Technical requirements.
  • Monitor product performance, provide analysis and support to inform the management of products ensuring business outcomes are met
  • Generating Standard Operational Procedures.
  • Assist and collaborate with Project Managers.
  • Analyze and manage requirements changes and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Interaction with Customers and management of their expectations.
  • Reviewing the quality of the deliverables from a business point of view.
  • Be confident working in an agile environment and be a champion for increased agility

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience writing/documenting user requirements/stories/use cases from analyzing business needs and user needs.
  • Experience coordinating analysis work using various documentation techniques to produce detailed specifications.
  • Solid stakeholder management expertise at all levels through different channels
  • Experience in systems and/or process analysis.
  • General IT technical knowledge and a willingness to learn.
  • Previous exposure to Agile environments
