Your Mission

Reporting to the Head of Communications & Engagement based in London, you will be responsible for our employer brand strategy, our social media presence, and internal communications for our Málaga office.

This position involves a variety of responsibilities including designing digital marketing campaigns & performing market research. You should have hands on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective projects.

Communications skills are crucial. You should be a people person with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline community conversations.
You will act as a brand ambassador for our organisation and play an important role ensuring brand consistency.

What you’ll do

  • Develop strategies and implement programs to publicise our Employer Brand, and drive qualified candidate traffic to our front door.
    • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and social media that attracts and converts our target groups.
    • Track competitor activities by keeping abreast of market changes and the marketing mix used by competitors.
    • Collaborate and participate in the sponsorship of industry events and Tech Conferences.
    • Support event planning and coordination, and explore ways to use employee events and employee networking activities to demonstrate the company’s culture and values.
    • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and assess results against goals.
    • Coordinate marketing support for agency pitches, legal agreements, invoicing processes.
    • Manage SEO strategy.
    • Support efforts to drive employee engagement and further strengthen our high-performing culture based on collaboration, innovation, inclusion and diversity.
    • Plan and deliver internal communication campaigns and activities.
    • Support business partnering requirements for all business units meeting with multiple stakeholders, including senior leadership, to tackle project briefs, understand audiences, gather requirements and offer creative advice and solutions.
    • Represent the team locally and ensure the voice of the Málaga office is heard.
    • Build strong, trusting relationships and an effective network across the organisation, as well as external agencies and suppliers.

    What you’ll bring

    • A proven track record at manager level.
    • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in the conception and leadership of Corporate Marketing.
    • Experience of planning & executing communications campaigns across a variety of channels.
    • Ability to manage & roll-out marketing projects across multiple territories.
    • Familiar with SEO and website analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
    • Experience of working with creative agencies, freelancers & consultants.
    • Ability to understand and interpret campaign results with the aim of constantly improving media planning & creative assets.
    • Confident and outgoing personality; a team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude, happy to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Highly organized with the ability to adapt to a changing environment and able to stay calm under pressure.
    • Excellent verbal & written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to multi-task, managing numerous projects and deadlines across time zones.
    • A proven collaborative, self-starter who thrives in a positive, ideas-driven team, culture and environment.
    • Be a good networker, with the skills to interact confidently with people across the organisation and gain their trust, quickly proving yourself as a credible communications advisor.
    • Positive energy, a ‘can do’ attitude and a sense of humour – we work hard, but also like to have fun!
    • Experience in the Tech sector, a start-up or rapidly growing business would be a bonus.
