Your Mission
We are looking for an experienced, creative and hands-on Campaign Manager to join our Gaming division, which creates and supplies online casino content to operators across a diverse range of global markets via three commercial brands.
Reporting into the Gaming Head of Marketing you will be tasked with designing and delivering an innovative client promotion strategy which supercharges our client growth and helps the business disrupt the incumbent market leaders.
You will be accountable for delivering all aspects of the client promotion strategy so it’s imperative that you have experience working in similar marketing roles inside the online gambling arena – experience creating and managing client campaigns in the Asia region is highly desirable.
You will be expected to build and lead a high-performance team that executes against the client promotions strategy and provide an exceptional service to the Commercial team, supporting them achieve their aggressive growth targets.
What you’ll do
- Build and lead a high-performing Campaign team passionate about our brands, products and clients.
- Develop the client promotions strategy in conjunction with the Head of Marketing and the Commercial team to ensure it drives enhanced product placement and increases client/player loyalty and value across each of the commercial brands.
- Accountable for all aspects of the client promotions strategy including planning, segmentation, development, testing, sign off, execution, analysis, reporting and optimisation.
- Liaise directly with the Commercial team and our clients to conceive creative, varied and disruptive local and network promotions which actively engage the end-player whilst also increasing product and brand awareness.
- Support your Campaign team deliver client-focused and data-driven promotions that have clearly defined success criteria, are in budget and are focused on achieving a cost benefit to the business.
- Identify and monitor KPIs for client promotions working closely with the BI and Commercial teams to analyse their performance and provide the necessary data insights and reporting required to inform the business.
- Work with internal Design, Product and Engineering teams as well as external partners to develop and improve campaign tooling and landing page frameworks/design.
- Accountable for ensuring all relevant internal and external stakeholders are effectively briefed for every client promotion, including but not limited to Customer Engagement, Product, Commercial and Product Operations.
- Establish effective ways of working with the Product Operations team to ensure relevant marketing materials are made available to our clients via the client portal or any other agreed channel.
- Attend events and exhibitions, as required, to promote the Campaign team’s service and support the Commercial team with their business development objectives.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the iGaming market, analysing operator and supplier campaigns, new products, market trends and regulatory developments, allowing you to adapt the client promotions strategy for each commercial brand as required.
- Be a champion for Campaign team, promoting its capability internally and externally, whilst always working towards continuous improvement.
- Work closely with your line manager to define individual and team OKRs as well as professional learning and development goals.
What you’ll bring
- A proven background in a marketing role with a strong understanding of the online casino supplier/operator/player ecosystem.
- A track record of running successful and disruptive campaigns for challenger supplier brands.
- Strong focus on cost benefit/ROI, managing budgets and hitting growth targets.
- A strategic and critical thinker with high energy and drive to deliver successful business outcomes; you must be comfortable challenging the status quo as well as being challenged yourself.
- Creative flair with an ability to invent and develop original ideas that push the boundaries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to deliver succinct and on-point messages to your colleagues at all levels across the business.
