The IT Services Group is at the heart of the value chain for MSP. Our team which consists of Product, Core Engineering, IT Services, Support and Architecture are a tight knit operating unit where excellence is the standard.
Within our IT Services Group, we're on the lookout for experienced Business Analysts tasked with optimizing performance, diagnosing issues, implementing process enhancements, and aligning customer activity with long-term value. The ideal Business Analyst should come equipped with a good technical background, exceptional interpersonal skills, a structured and organized approach, goal-driven orientation, and the capability to work autonomously while proactively proposing solutions to challenges.
What you'll do
- Capture, elaborate, maintain traceability, prioritize and communicate requirements from inception through project deliverables
- Support PM with follow up actions for team members to assist delivery and resolve blockers
- Assist the Team Lead to ensure epics, and tasks are clearly communicated and can be estimated and worked on by engineering team
- Collaborate with the teams to further refine tasks and acceptance criteria, including identifying functional and non-functional requirements
- Support the mapping of dependencies and sequencing of tasks
- Work with stakeholders to clarify and document objectives and success criteria
- Build reports and tailor documentation to different audiences, ensuring effective knowledge transfer
- Maintain a technical understanding of the solution being delivered, and facilitate technical discussions with SMEs
- Facilitate discovery meetings, demos, trainings or reviews
What you'll bring - Experience in a Technical Business Analysis role or similar
- Experience in functional and non-functional requirements management
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Ability to bridge the gap between tech and non-tech stakeholders
- Used to work with tools such as MS Office Suite, PowerBI or Tableau for Reporting
- Advanced user of Jira and Confluence Atlassian tools
- Used to making decisions based on data analysis
- Ability to produce technical documentation, end-user guides, process modelling and training materials
Proven experience/knowledge of any of these areas is a plus:
- Data/systems migration or Infrastructure
- Network monitoring/ protocols
- Proven experience working closely with a development team
- ITIL or Agile
Soft skills:
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Great general technical knowledge and a willingness to learn
- Creative problem-solving mindset and can-do attitude
- Strong attention to detail combined with an ability to see the big picture
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment
