Your mission
As a Programme Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering impactful products and services by leading strategic programmes and complex projects. You'll collaborate across teams to align initiatives with broader organisational goals and ensure meaningful business outcomes.
You’ll be part of the Enterprise Portfolio Management team, a collaborative, diverse, and efficient function that supports Portfolio, Programme, and Project delivery. With a strategic mindset and an agile approach, you’ll provide clarity, guidance, and leadership to help your teams succeed while ensuring initiatives stay aligned to our vision and values.

What you'll do
- Lead the delivery of strategic programmes and complex projects, ensuring governance and alignment with business objectives.
- Proactively identify and manage dependencies, risks, and constraints to ensure successful outcomes.
- Take ownership and accountability for both individual and team results.
- Mentor and support your team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
- Model change leadership, seeking opportunities to improve processes, team dynamics, and efficiency.
- Challenge the status quo and drive innovation within your teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
- Influence and gain alignment from cross-functional teams through open, honest, and proactive communication.

- Communicate project and programme updates clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience managing large, complex, and high-impact projects, with a focus on results and change leadership.
- Adaptability and the ability to navigate shifting priorities in an agile environment.
- Strong communication skills in English — both written and verbal — with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly to any audience.
- Familiarity with agile principles, iterative development, and project management frameworks like PMP, Prince2, or Scrum.
- Experience managing multiple initiatives with agility and flexibility.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as the Atlassian Suite, MS Project, and MS Visio.
- Proactive mindset and the ability to identify and lead process improvement initiatives.
- Relevant degree in a technical or business discipline (e.g., IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business) — this is a plus.
- Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile Scrum Master) — also a plus.
- Experience in line management — this would be an advantage.
