Your mission
We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to support a complex technical project. The focus of this role is on technical documentation, process clarity and cross-team enablement, ensuring that teams can deliver value quickly and effectively. This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll translate technical detail into clear guidance, helping teams understand, adopt and build on top of shared technology and services.
Please note: This is a fixed-term position with an initial contract of 6 months.
What you'll do
- Onboarding & Enablement:
Help to design and deliver structured onboarding processes, guides, and workshops for product and engineering teams.
Create playbooks and walkthroughs to accelerate team readiness.
- Technical Documentation:
Own and maintain documentation such as API guides, integration instructions, release notes, and architecture diagrams.
Ensure documentation is always accurate, up to date, and easily consumable.
- Cross-Team Collaboration:
Act as a knowledge bridge between engineering, product, and business teams.
Gather feedback from early adopters and refine onboarding materials continuously.
- Process & Standards:
Define and document standards for integrations, releases, and team workflows.
Promote consistency and clarity in how teams consume and extend shared services.
- Adoption & Improvement:
Track adoption progress and identify knowledge gaps.
Recommend improvements to processes and documentation to drive efficiency.
What you'll bring
- Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or Product Owner with strong focus on documentation and enablement.
- Ability to translate complex technical systems into clear, accessible guidance.
- Strong collaboration skills with both engineering and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and modern software development practices.
- Experience managing large-scale or complex technical products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required; Spanish a plus).
- Background in gaming, fintech, or other high-transaction environments is advantageous.
