Who we are
We build game-changing products and scalable software in the online betting space. Across the globe, our cross-functional teams create online gaming platforms as well as betting solutions that reach hundreds of thousands of users daily.
Your mission
We’re looking for a talented leader with a wealth of experience and a positive, collaborative attitude to drive our Engineering organization forward. This role requires someone who can lead through influence, bring consistency across teams, and help shape both the technical and operational direction of engineering.
What you'll do
• Empower engineering teams to achieve success and ensure accountability for outcomes.
• Contribute to the Engineering Leadership community across the organization to promote alignment and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Advocate for and support the adoption of AI-driven tools, workflows, or solutions where useful (AI experience is a strong plus).
• Contribute high-level architectural insights and support sound technical decision-making.
• Provide engineering teams with guidance on scalability, reliability, observability, and performance optimization when needed.
• Promote and reinforce best practices in Agile delivery, DevOps, architecture, and engineering quality.
• Help prioritize, plan, and execute across engineering functions and operations as a member of the engineering leadership team.
• Facilitate cross-functional, multidisciplinary projects involving engineering, product, and other teams.
• Own the execution of the full Software Product Development Lifecycle for all R&D deliverables.
• Effectively communicate and disseminate the engineering vision and strategy, empowering teams across the company to align on priorities and collaborate efficiently.
• Translate business needs into clear technical direction, ensuring engineering’s vision aligns with company goals.
• Collaborate closely with Product Leadership to maintain alignment between product strategy and engineering execution.
• Work with external teams, ensuring they understand how we work, how we measure delivery, our ways of working, our culture, and our expectations.
• Directly support Heads of Engineering while also supporting performance management for the broader engineering organization, bringing consistency to how performance is defined, measured, and improved, regardless of reporting lines.
What you’ll bring
• Progressive software engineering experience, including 4+ years in engineering leadership roles.
• Technical expertise, especially in translating business goals into technical execution.
• A dynamic, self-motivated, creative thinker’s mindset with a strong appreciation for vision, quality, and long-term goals.
• Strong ownership of your work and the ability to thrive in a matrix environment—collaborating with and influencing multiple teams.
• Extensive experience partnering with stakeholders to create hiring strategies and build high-quality teams.
• Previous experience leading engineering organizations.
• High-level architectural skills, with the ability to guide teams in modern software architecture approaches.
• A proven track record of delivering scalable, reliable, and complex software solutions.
• Experience creating and implementing engineering best practices in an Agile environment.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, coding standards, and engineering tooling.
• A “cultured” approach to software architecture.
