What you'll do

We are looking for an experienced HR Data Analyst that can own the reporting and the analysis to support the business. You will own the HRIS and will design the processes to ensure clean data. You will work closely with senior stakeholders in solving business and people challenges with data insights.

You will play a key role at the annual performance and compensation reviews in designing and coordinating the data logistics of the annual programs in our Malaga and London offices. You will also work with external salary survey tools to provide and maintain benchmark data.

Data Analytics

  • HR data reporting. Design and delivery of reports analyzing and driving the right outcomes of the workforce management.
  • Design of predictive analysis capability.
  • Work with the People Partners and Leadership to align all reporting to the business requirements.
  • Introduction of talent metrics.
  • Business ownership and administrator of the HRIS tools.


  • Design of the logistics related to the annual performance and compensation review cycle. Design, planning and governance of the end to end process. Including data cleansing, validation and reconciliation, data analysis and report generation, drafting communications and preparation of salary review templates. 
  • Salary benchmarking – manage the salary survey submission process and support the job matching and levelling process.
  • Job evaluation and levelling – responsible for evaluating new positions using the job levelling criteria, assignment and governance of generic job codes to the internal job catalogue.
  • Other reward activities and projects – support on Reward activities and initiatives as required, including (not not limited to): implementation of compensation planning software, bonus and other variable pay plans,  flexible benefits program implementation, and the implementation of any new reward systems.
  • Provide analysis and support on other HR activities and projects as required.

  • Experience of HRIS maintenance and upgrades including compensation modules

  • Experience working collaboratively in an international organization
  • Experience of using an external market data source to draw insights on competitiveness of internal compensation levels and practices
  • Experience of supporting full global compensation review process
  • Knowledge of current reward and benefit external market trends and updates
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Tableau
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
