What you'll do

We are currently in need for an experienced Senior UX Designer who is looking for a possibility to work on exciting online gaming and enterprise software products. This role offers challenging daily tasks and long-term career opportunities within the Product Design team.  

As a Senior UX Designer you will become a part of our growing team and work alongside UX designers and in cross-collaboration with Business analysts, Product Managers, UI Designers and Business Stakeholders.

Your main core responsibilities would be: 

  • Mastering hands-on creation of wireframes, user journeys, specs and other standard UX deliveries.
  • Present UX deliveries to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Champion best UX practices that meet user and business needs.
  • Organizing and facilitating various design workshops and learning initiatives;
  • Conducting UX research to back up design decisions.
  • Conducting stakeholders’ interviews and building good working relationships with senior leadership team.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage projects within given timelines.
  • Demonstrating an attention to detail and empathy to the user needs while achieving core business objectives.
  • Being a pro-active mentor and effectively share knowledge within UX pod.
  • Being a design ambassador raising awareness on the importance of great user experiences and the value of design in everything we do.  

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years of experience working within UX field;
  • 2+ years of experience in leading UX projects;
  • Fluent level of written and spoken English;
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills;
  • Experience working within a full-stack design team;
  • Ability to facilitate design workshops for a wide range of audiences;
  • Ability to articulate UX decisions and act upon received feedback;
  • Experience in managing stakeholders’ expectations;
  • Strong knowledge of Design Thinking, IA, UX patterns and guidelines;
  • Strong hands-on skills in creating UX prototypes, flows and specs;
  • Experience working within the online gambling, crypto or gaming industries will be treated as an additional advantage.
