Your mission

As a Group Accounting Intern, you will provide assistance in closing the accounts and reports of all group entities.

What you'll do

• Assist the Group Accountants when requested.

• Handle professionally highly sensitive and confidential data (input / maintenance).

• Review and verify the accuracy of data in our repository to ensure compliance with company standards.

• Capture outcomes during team meetings and assist with following up on action items.

• Provide feedback on improvements to ways of working in alignment with our policies and procedures.

• Maintain checklists and dashboards with key KPIs.

• Follow up with local accountants on accounting entries and compliance with group policies and standards.

What you'll bring

• It is essential that the candidate is eligible to sign a formal internship agreement (Convenio de prácticas) with a university or educational institution for a minimum period of three months.

• Currently pursuing a vocational education and training (FP) or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work independently with a proactive manner.

• Advanced or Business english level, both oral and written.

• Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and proactive skills, with strong attention to detail.

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office — Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be a plus.

• Any knowledge of group consolidations is a plus.
