Group Accounting Intern

Your mission
As a Group Accounting Intern, you will provide assistance in closing the accounts and reports of all group entities.
What you'll do
Assist the Group Accountants when requested.
Handle professionally highly sensitive and confidential data (input / maintenance).
Review and verify the accuracy of data in our repository to ensure compliance with company standards.
Capture outcomes during team meetings and assist with following up on action items.
Provide feedback on improvements to ways of working in alignment with our policies and procedures.
Maintain checklists and dashboards with key KPIs.
Follow up with local accountants on accounting entries and compliance with group policies and standards.
What you'll bring
It is essential that the candidate is eligible to sign a formal internship agreement (Convenio de prácticas) with a university or educational institution for a minimum period of three months.
Currently pursuing a vocational education and training (FP) or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently with a proactive manner.
Advanced or Business english level, both oral and written.
Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, organizational, and proactive skills, with strong attention to detail.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office — Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be a plus.
Any knowledge of group consolidations is a plus.
