  • Yes, you can. Just make sure you meet the requirements for each role you apply for.

  • Yes, there are. We use English as our main language at The Workshop. It helps us work better together across teams. That means all roles need a good level of English. You don’t have to be perfect, but you should feel confident using it day to day.

  • Our selection processes are clear and tailored to each role. They’re designed as two-way conversations.

Here’s what to expect in interviews:

    • An HR screening, usually lasting around 30 to 40 minutes.
    • One or more chats with team members or leaders, lasting between one and two hours.
    • For technical roles, we include a live coding or practical task.
    • Test the video setup in advance: Double-check the link you received and make sure your camera and microphone are working properly.
    • For technical interviews: Take some time to review the job description carefully and focus on the tech stack and requirements listed.
    • If there's a live coding or practical exercise: Make sure you have the right IDE or whiteboard tool ready, and be prepared to share your screen during the session. Try to avoid using AI tools or co-pilots, we want to see your own skills and approach.
